Would anyone be willing to share their customer requirements in reinstating in an overdraft program to an account? Do you require account to be positive 30 days, 60 days, etc?

If the customer previously opted-in under Regulation E §1005.17, your procedure should be to step through that disclosure, solicitation, opt-in, confirmation routine again before charging the customer any OD fees for card transactions.
