We are going to be offering RDC to our commercial customers soon. Any suggestions on where to find a sample agreement and contract that can be tweaked to fit our bank?
Anyone willing to share the one you are using?

im me I will forward a sample agreement to you. FYI -you have to run it by your attorney and have it approved by the board or Risk Committee

If you have not already, you might want to review the Risk Management of Remote Deposit Capture guidance published by the FFIEC (http://www.ffiec.gov/pdf/pr011409_rdc_guidance.pdf) - starting on page 6, there is a section called "Contracts and Agreements" that defines specific contract considerations...
