The deposit account opening checklist on BOL says that if the consumer is only inquiring about an account, print current interest rate and APY for interest bearing products in which the customer expresses interest, attach to Truth In Saving Disclosure and give all to inquirers.

Is this a requirement or just a suggestion to give disclosures to inquirers?

So, if a person comes in and says... do you have a listing of account options, we should provide disclosures? Or only when a person inqures about a specific account?
