We are wanting to provide a general Hold Disclosure along with the Service Agreement and Remote Deposit Agreement for our Remote Deposit customers. The disclosure will take the place of having to give hold notices each time we place a hold. Can we do this?

Suggestion to look at how you process mobile deposits as through ACH or other methods as that also determines how long you may hold these types of deposits.
