So much for all the CFPB regulations being thrown out

Thank goodness. Now they can get on leveling the playing field between banks and non-banks issuing credit. How is that going?

Dang it! I was banking on this all falling apart, so I didn't bother reading any of the rules or forming any implementation plans!

Okay, that's not true, but some of our management team seemed to think it was going to happen and didn't think their attention was warranted until it was a "sure thing".
