Lets say for example that we receive an application, we send the initial GFE/TIL etc....and we send a notice of incomplete application for verification documents Income, Asset etc....

The borrower provides that information and the loan proceeds to underwriting.

Then assume the underwriter conditions for additional verification documentation such as:

-Verification of Large Deposits
-Proof Child Support is Current
-Divorce Decree Property Settlement Etc..

Do we then send another notice of incomplete application requesting the additional docs?

I guess my question is can you have multiple NOIA's on the same file?

Yes you can have subsequent NOIA letters.

Any problem with sending the NOIA letter with the early disclosures??

You can word the letter so that it states 'if we don't receive these documents by _____ (date) we will close this file for incompleteness. If you include a drop dead date, that's all you need to do. No denial or other communication is required if the borrower does not provide the docs.

This approach is pretty common and works.
