We found out yesterday that GFX will not be ready with the disclosures by October 28th. So management decided to not offer the service after that date to consumers.

Any other GFX users out there? Have you heard if GFX will have the disclosures ready?

We are not a GFX user however we have a similar problem. We have been in queue with our provider but have been informed end of November will be implementation. We are considering our options. We do not think it is appropriate to temporarily discontinue the service, and many of our customers and WM clients send foreign wires. I think we will probably make a risk based decision. I am drafting a memo to Sr Mgmt, possibly for Audit Cte or BOD approval, that will probably recommend we continue to process these wires. We already have a wire request document that the customer signs that includes disclosures except for the err res component. We have historically had the 30 minute delay in place. We will have to make a risk based decision. just a for what it't worth!
