Does the name have to match on an incoming wire? We normally receive an ACH item for a particular payroll deposit. Today we received a wire and the individual named in the wire is not on the account it is trying to go to. Do we have to post this or can we return it for a name mismatch? Are there any regs that apply to this situation?
