Has anyone had issues with renewing NMLS registries or getting new MLO's registered? We paid the renewal fees in December and when several of our MLO's received e-mails that their fees had not been paid, we paid them again. And we still have not received a refund for the double payment. Also, we have an MLO who newly registered this year and never received information about getting fingerprinted, so she has not been able to get registered. When we contact the registry, they are not able to explain to us what has happened or what we need to do to fix the situation. We have also had issues removing administrators and adding new ones. We send the forms and they never receive them. Has anyone else had such issues and been able to get them resolved?

We have had trouble with them as well. We recently switched regulators and with that had to change our name. It has been a two month battle so far...

I too have had issues with getting admins changed and having to pay fees more than once. It's frustrating.
