For the Post-Closing Dislcosures, how many disclosures are there?

Post closing disclosures????

There are subsequent disclosures required anytime their is a rate and payment adjustment.

So, there is only the initial rate adjustment disclosure that is required? Per 1026.20? Is that correct. I would use the rate adjustment disclosure anytime the customer has a rate and payment change?

Kwagar - I was actually looking at this earlier today. It appears there are two different disclosures: one 210 to 240 days prior to the first rate and payment amount change and then a different one prior to each subsequent rate and payment amount change. The details are in 1026.20c and 1026.20d. The model and sample forms can be found in appendix H to 1026.
