We get requests from Oklahoma Dept of Human Services for customer's information. This latest is for copies of bank statements for the last 5 years, including copies of checks.
The Form says:Section 167.1 of title 56 of the Ok Statues provides that financial records obtained for the purpose of establishing eligibility for assistance or services must be furnished without cost to the client or OKDHS.
Do we really have to have someone print out 60 months worth of statement and mail them to the DSH for free? We get quite a few of these each month and it can strain our resources to assign someone to this type of task. We, of course, don't mind completing the questionnaire also, but 60 months of statements, with checks?!
