Does anyone have a flow chart that asks about the loan being a QM? It's not the specific underwriting guidelines of a QM but it runs down the list asking stuff like, "Is this a QM? if no, is this a Small Creditor QM, if not, is this a Temp GSE QM, if not was this loan underwritten using ATR guidelines, if not, this loan is prohibited.

I know I've seen it in one of my 10,000 pages of training manuals but I don't have the foggiest clue where it's at and I was hoping someone else might have a copy of this. If so could you PM me?
