I found some older information regarding fundraising/donation accounts. But, I am trying to find any information in the Kentucky Revised Statutes about these types of accounts and what one should do before setting up the account. Also, how do we set the account up? Appreciate any assistance.

I doubt that you will find anything in any of the 50 State laws that address informal fundraising/donation accounts.

Florida has specific requirements for anyone soliciting charitable donations. Kentucky does not.

There is nothing specific to Kentucky in direct conflict with this article. It is the best resource I know of.
