Does anyone have a Bank Audit Risk Assessment they would be willing to share. I have a sample from the OCC but I want to see what other banks are doing. I am willing to share what they gave me.

I would be interested in seeing the OCC sample, if you are willing to share. Unfortunately ours was criticized and needs to be changed (significantly), therefore sending you mine would be a waste.

I am also in need of an example of and Audit Risk Assessment. I have been racking my brain trying to come up with something that will please the examiners. I audit different items every month but do not have an Audit Risk Assessment. All help would be appreciated.
