I just did "Top 40" this morning. I actually was laughing at the pop song "Text Me Up" while running, it was a riot!
"Dark and Long" is next.

I had a chance to run on the beach yesterday, it was great. Today is raining and 25 mph winds. Supposed to settle down this afternoon, plan calls for 5 x 800 repeats today.
Kiddo doing OK?

That's a shame, QCL. Just picture this from my run on Sunday; dense fog, Zombies, Run!, and the chorus from "Strange Face of Love" is "Don't look back! Don't look back! He's right on your tail!"

Oh, let me know what you think of them, I've not tried them.
Mostly, I use BeaTunes to do the BPM assessment of songs in my iTunes library, and then I built a playlist around ratings and BPM ranges. I go for a cadence of 180 or better, so I have 1 bpm range from 90 to 95, and another from 180 to 190.

Cool. While I was away, I ran on La Ramblas in Barcelona and in Santa Cruz in Tenerife. Did not get to run in Berlin or Rome (maybe another time). Re-starting training program with a goal of breaking 2 hours for the half-marathon in April 2014.
