I was running "trefoil" on Saturday (loved the name of it )and my music was just terrible. Bad running music combined with soggy trails just made for a really long run.

Mostly, I use BeaTunes to do the BPM assessment of songs in my iTunes library, and then I built a playlist around ratings and BPM ranges. I go for a cadence of 180 or better, so I have 1 bpm range from 90 to 95, and another from 180 to 190.
