We have a daughter and her uncle that are going to Court over the mother/sister's money. The daughter has asked us to call her when her Uncle comes in. Can we do that without getting the Bank in trouble??

I believe that would be a violation of the uncle's privacy and put the bank in the middle of something where it shouldn't be involved.

I agree with Skittles.
The only time we let anything like that happen was when two sisters were co-executors on their mom's estate, and they were no longer talking to each other. One would sign, we would let the other know it was okay to come in and sign her part.

Agreed as well. Has an executor been named?

Start with "Why in the world would we do this?" and I don't think you will ever need to consider why you would not.
