Just be happy when you see it on the food. Nothing worse than getting a "hanger". Taking a bite of pizza and having a chunk of pepperoni dangle from your chin stuck to a hair...... Who wants Little Caesar's!?!?!  OMG....ROFL... reminds me of the time in my youth...was at a function with the church....youth pastor had taken us all to eat at McDs. He was enjoying his hamburger when all of a sudden he turned green in the face and started hacking up. Yes readers...he had taken a bite of his burger and it was loaded with hair... needless to say he nearly made us all sick in attempts at unlodging the hair from his throat.  Lunch will be soon...not sure I'll be hungry by the time we get off this subject.

Am I the only one who just picks it out and continues on?  Nope! You're talking to the kid that use to pick up food off the ground, or steal everybodies left overs in the cafeteria, hairs, bugs and body parts just get tossed aside.....

A cash out refinance is not truly a refinance unless they had an existing lien on their property that is being replaced with another lien.
I did deny them.
I think it is safe to say that this loan I just made is not getting paid back.
