To answer your questions...
My amazing daughter went 9 for 9 with a browning 22
She shot 5 for 9 with the XDM 40 caliber.
I think she maybe a better shot than me!

Son finally got a teaching job!
Instrumental Music teacher for 2 elementary schools in a great school district.

Congrats, Big Dog! It must be a great district if they haven't cut instrumental music. I keep seeing cash strapped districts finding music and art to be unnecessary frills.

Congrats to the new music teacher... My 4 year old son, who went to his previous daycare since he was 14 months old, made it thru his first week in a new pre-school and didn't have a melt down. (and neither did I  )

Thanks all.
Luckily, the district he is teaching in has no budget issues. They have one of the best music programs in the state. He is also working with the HS marching band, which is one of the best in the state and NE region. Very competitive in 2 marching circuits.

My son, who was born 3 months premature, a month ago today, is up to 3 pounds 6 ounces now. He also had surgery yesterday to remove a small section of his bowels, and he came through it like a champ!

My daughter won the cupcake competition for her age group at the local fair. She made peanut butter cupcakes. They were yummy.
