Does anyone have a notary audit program they are willing to share?

As no one has answered; I would like to ask why would you perform one, as when a person is a notary they are not acting as a bank employee?

Such an audit program (if one existed) would also vary greatly by jurisdiction as duties, obligations, requirements, etc. vary.

Are you looking for things like the notary maintaining proper records? Getting proper ID? Notarizing allowable documents? Charging proper fees? Being properly commissioned? Administering the proper oath/affirmation?

I think your best bet is to go to the website of the commissioning body for the jurisdication that you are interested in.
