Some head out assertively this morning. Others walk in the door with a wealth of feelings. Anything could happen, requiring one to give in, pull back, and/or lose ground when the Moon aspects Uranus. Tonight, couples recreate a storybook honemoon. Singles with good instincts sense whether someone is worth trusting.

My Little Man and I are going college hunting this weekend. Northeastern tomorrow and Rhode Island School of Design. He forgets that his parents are poor. Oh well, it's a quick vacay for me!

We're having a charity bake sale fund raiser today, and one of the tellers brought in cupcakes in the shape of high heeled shoes. They have the regular cupcake, a milano cookie as the "sole", the heel is a pirouette, and some have little bows fashioned from two sticks of gum.

They're ridiculous, and they're far too small to fit on my feet.

I have seen those... they are flipping AWESOME!! I don't know what you are talking about ridiculous, you're ridiculous.

We are headed to SOUTH CAROLINA for a short vacation. Maybe it is time to look for a job down there!!

Ugg. There has been construction going on at the bank across the street for a couple of days now and it's driving me bonkers!! Jackhammering and pounding with the heavy equipment will probably make me break one of my rules and get out my earphones at work to drowned out the noise.

For all the efforts this bank goes through to give the illusion of being a "green company", you'd think they would offer some incentive to carpool or take public transportation. Sheesh!

I hear you Sci! We are doing an addition to our building so there is drilling and hammering and then we have a huge excavator slamming into the reinforced concrete to break it and it shakes the whole bank and sets off our alarms etc. Loads of fun!

We start construction next week. Ugh. One side of the building being ripped off for expansion, expected 8 month project, everyone will be uprooted and moved at some point, etc. Not very excited for that! And they don't exactly know where employees will be parking either, since one of the lots is being torn up for the growth.

Hey...why are ya'll complaining over a little noise and inconvenience? Expanision is WAY better than the alternative!

I love this time of year!! Honeycrisp apples are my new favorite, even if they are $2.89/lb! Yikes!

So glad today is other folk's Friday. We can catch a break tomorrow.

Minion......i walked right by RISD when i was in Providence recently.

Minion, my daughter graduated from COC and fell in love with Charleston. Now I can't get her back to TN except for maybe a 2 day trip. I love Charleston also, I was there for a year teaching and would love to live there again. Oh well, there may be retirement one of these days.

Help pls! I'm thinking of starting a journal. You know, some plce to log my missives. Don't know how to start. If anyone can send me a few pgs of theirs would be grt. Thx!
