I work for a software vendor company for banks. I heard rumor of tax law changes that affect commercial accounts and sales tax changes in Puerto Rico. I have tried searching the Internet to find the text of the law change and what that means for Puerto Rican banks. Can anyone point me to the text of the law and what sections apply to any bank changes?
