Does anyone have a contact at Bureau of Engraving related to mutilated currency? I have tried 866-575-2361, 202-874-8897, 202-874-2595 and 202-874-2141. I understand mutilated currency takes a while however we were told 6-8 months and we are currently 14 months. We haven't been able to talk or get an email back from anyone since we started trying 4 months ago. thanks
