I have Loan Officers asking if it OK to send the Disclosure of Credit Scores FCRA section 609(g)to their borrower with the other, initial loan disclosures required under the other regulations; when there is only 1 applicant? I have always had them send 1 mailer, with private envelops for the disclosure that includes the "Credit Score and Understanding Your Credit Score, Notice to Home Loan Applicant and Key Factors." (If they are at the same address) - Can I allow the LO's to mail the initial loan disclosures and the credit disclosures listed above, together without a separate envelope, if there is only one applicant?
Thoughts? I can't find anything that addresses this specifically. (??)
