The bank is making a construction loan on a home to built on an 83 acre tract. A flood determination was obtained and states property in Flood Zone. Borrower says the home will be built on the part of the property that is not in a flood zone. So how do we document this?

Survey, aerial photos, etc. There are a number of ways to do it. Did your FHD company indicate that the property was only partially in the SFHA?

Have your determination provider manually map the location of the house. They can usually provide a very detailed map of the property.
