Just downloanded my first quarter into the hmda data entry system. Any ideas as to why cancelled/withdrawn loans marked on my mortgage system as "0-loan not originated/purchased in calendar year" are showing up on the error report as a V340-Purchaser Type is not in the 0-9 range? Everything else imported fine!

I appreciate any help. Examiners coming SOON!

Did you check with your Tech Support? I am having a similar situation on downloading except mine is rate spreads that are manually entered as a spread more than the 3% for first liens and 5% for subordinate liens and are downloading in my softward as 0.00. I use a different data entry software but I called about it and it is a software problem they are working on.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm on hold with them now. I'd assumed it was a problem with HMDA not my system.

Yep, they're aware of it and "should have it fixed by July or August"!!! I'll have to do a manual fix of all the errors for my examiners coming MONDAY!
