In New Jersey, must the operator of an ATM have a separate bank account for stocking/replenishing the ATM?

There is no state/fed requirement mandating separate accounts for ATMs.

Thanks. I'm in PA and there is no such law here either, but I wasn't sure about NJ as some states do have these mandates.

While not required a bank might impose such requirements for purposes of BSA monitoring to review settlements/cash and fees for reasonableness.
