I have reviewed both Kirchmans & OTS' checklists to create a Right to Financial Privacy review. This is the first time I have taken a look at it for my bank, any pointers/recommendations?

Sorry, didn't notice the lack of responses. I used the FDIC exam guide.

We are FDIC governed and they have never looked at RFPA, or at least not to my knowledge. However, I still use FDICs procedures!

Well, can you beat that? Today, a compliance examiner is reviewing for RFPA.
