Do you need to keep doing the disclosure requirement if same customer calls into do wires or customer states do not need to hear thst disclosure again? We do record our wire calls.

I think that is like asking if a customer comes in every three months for a three month loan, do we need to continue to give them a new Truth-in-Lending disclosure.

Same here. You can't get a pass on providing a consumer right, and the consumer cannot waive it. Of course you can't make the consumer pay attention any more than you can make a consumer read a written disclosure.
