I should have quoted Ed's previous comment. I was just throwing out a possible reason why not much Hollywood support.

The difference would be eternity from either of those perspectives, and that is a fairly big difference to a lot of people.

And I'll repeat: He's dead. Can't change what he believed or practiced in life.

I saw a commercial that sales of the latest F&F DVD will donate a portion to his charity. I thought that was nice.

I read about it this morning; he said he was a non-denominational Christian.

And, he apparently did a lot of philanthropy and charitable work all very quietly.
