Yes, that is a big change with the combined disclosures. That exemption has been removed.

I thought the (current) final rule that was issued 11/20 still had that in there? or are you just expecting some additional revisions to the rule for a Final-Final-final rule?

What current final rule? I believe we are referring too the proposed integrated TIL/RESPA disclosures.

Perhaps you were in France? The final rule was released , with a long implementation period...August 1, 2015.
