Is anyone aware of any state law (or I suppose Federal law) that requires a mortgage loan servicer to list their company NMLSR ID # on any of their servicing disclosures? I'm thinking documents like the monthly loan statement, etc.
I am not aware of any state or federal disclosure for NMLSR ID's beyond those required at closing, but I do see some states (E.g. Hawaii) now using the NMLSR system to register loan servicers. So, thought I'd ask. Thanks
