im newer to mortgage lending...

where is the best place to go to identify whether or not a property has an HOA, condo dues, association fee?

we feel confident in identifying the taxes and insurance preiums are accounted for, but identifying the other fees, like $10-$100 year association fees can be overlooked?

i know that the title work sometimes mentions there may be an association, but not always. Curious to see how other shops handle this.
