What is the record retention period for the FCRA adverse action notice - is it the same as Reg B?

For example:

Businesses with gross revenues in excess of $1 million - record retention is only 60 days unless they request the reasons in writing and then it is 12 months - is this the same for the accompanying FCRA disclosure?

There are no specific retention requirements under FCRA. If the loan was for a business - what FCRA AANs?
