Apple is about to cough up some dough - $32.5 million at least -- to parents and others whose kids have made in-app downloads without their knowledge, running up fees.

Because how dare a parent monitor what their kids are doing or figure out how to use their phone. Sheesh. I set my phone to require a password for in-app purchases the second I got it, and that was WAYYY before all these parents started blaming Apple for their own lack of parenting skills.

I hope Apple has a way of uninstalling the apps.
