Yes, friends, tonight, Here Comes Honey-Boo-Boo returns to television with all new episodes. It will be followed by a new entry, Party Down South, which replaces the previously cancelled Buckwild (which was cancelled when the star had one too many "hey, watch this" moments and was killed while off roading).
I'd like to thank both Georgia (HBB) and South Carolina (PDS) for putting forth the effort to show the nation that Louisiana does not have the stupidest citizens in the US...

A&E has tried hard to make the south look like a bunch of uneducated hicks. Unfortunately the whole Duck Dynasty thing backfired for them.

And it was my sport and I'm HORRIFIED as well as MORTIFIED by it.  I guess the HBB family getting in a wreck the other day didn't stop the progress of their humiliation to us down here.  Geez.

I'm guilty of watching Duck Dynasty as well although it is seeming more and more staged so not enjoying it as much. I tried to watch Street Outlaws last night. Can't see the appeal there.

The wife was flipping through reality shows last night, and we caught a couple minutes of one, I think it was the Real World, but who knows. Anyway, they are making a huge deal about this one guy 'only' being with three different girls. The rest of the dimwits go on to tell of the hundreds that they have been with, and how innocent this guy is. Please tell me this is just reality garbage, and that not all young people are trash. Do I need to build a cage for my kids?

About a year ago, several of my co-workers were playing Candy Crush during their lunch hours--I would always tease them about playing 'their game', and wouldn't you know, they got me hooked on it!
My books these days consist of whatever my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter wants me to read to her. Sometimes over and over again. But I am glad she enjoys books.
