What if it is a Business or Investment purpose? We don't even put applications in the file for those loans.

The disclosure must be in a form the consumer can keep. See section 1002.4(d) of Reg. B. http://www.bankersonline.com/regs/12-1002/12-1002-004.html

We are trying to start doing commercial loan applications.
But with the 2nd post, putting it on the application doesn't seem to be an answer since it has to be in a form they can keep.
