Is this the correct way to file a CTR on a Trust account (The account is owned by the Trust and a husband and wife are both trustees and signers on the account. The husband conducted the transaction alone.)?:

One Section 1 with (a) person conducting transaction on own behalf. Then fill in the name of the Trust in the Alternate Name line--like you would for a sole-proprietorship.

OR

Two Section One's with (b) Person conducting for another and (c) Person on whose behalf the transaction was conducted.

The customer said the cash would be used as gifts for family members (his kids).
