We bank a casino that has contracted with an armored car service to deposit at one of our branches daily, it always results in a CTR. No other deposits are made to this account, but only by means of the Armored Car Service. Are we required to gather the armored car services employees information?
I read the FIN-2013-ROO1 and I guess its just been to long of a day and I am not grasping this one.
Thanks

No. Of course you will provide information on the casino. You are also required to provide information on the armored car service, not the individual working for the armored car service. Make sure you check box 2d and the "Check if entity" box before item 4.

The Appendix to that Administrative Ruling has a series of questions that illustrate the various possibilities fairly well.
