Our marketing dept wants to give away an Ipad Mini ($399.00) at the local college to promote our new checking account. They want to advertise the giveaway on our web page, facebook and the local newspaper. The giveaway will be open to everyone and anyone that registers by email, at a branch or the event or likes us on Facebook. Does this sound anything like a lottery or sweepstakes? What disclosures would we need if any?
