Yesterday, Verizon lost a major circuit about 40 miles from us. This crippled our communications and caused our branches to not be able to communicate with our core processor. We reverted to pen and paper and then processed the work at our main office (which had connectivity). I'm anxious to share our experience with others who may have had a similar experience in order to improve our DR plans.
