We had a loan close out-of-state in Pacific time zone rather than CST. The closing occured int he Title Agent's office. We had an issue in that the spouse who was not our loan but was in title did not sign the mortgage due to the time zone issue and not being present at the closing until the following day. What kine of titling issue does this cause with the mortgage?

The would be a State law issue in the state in which the loan closed. Did you not receive title insurance that insures your lien?

Is there a Rescission issue? If so, The 1st signer needed to be given 4 days and the 2nd 3 days so their recissions expired at the same time.
