We issued a revised GFE in error as we did not have a changed circumstance. The problem is the revised GFE contains an increase in the credit (block2). While it was issued incorrectly, wouldn't we still be bound?

Thank you!

I'm not finding anything that speaks to this specific instance.
What I do find is repeated stating that a bank error is never a valid changed circumstance.
So I'm thinking you're bound by the increased credit.

Using consumer friendly logic...I would agree.
