That moment should have been an indication of things to come from that game!

My first thought when I saw that coat was "he stole it from Huggy Bear", second thought was PETA would be protesting, 3rd was that he likely drove to the game in a 78 Coupe de Ville

Well at least prior to the game he claimed that due to all the concussions during his career he has brain damage.

No, I still think that goes to Jim Kelly of the Bills or Fran Tarkington of the Vikes, Peyton at least has one championship ring.

Tom Brady hasn't done jack in a decade either.

Payton may retire with many of the NFL passing records...he certainly is an outstanding QB, and the loss yesterday can't be placed solely on him...the O-line looked like swiss cheese...receivers took too long to get open, if they ever did...running game was mediocre...looked like preseason game instead of the championship game. Seahawks were clearly the more prepared team.

I think you could also make the argument that Manning is the greatest passing QB of all time. You could also make the argument that he is not, but imo he is.

I think Manning made up for a lot of deficiencies on this team.

None of the Broncos showed up.

And for the love of all things people pleeeeeease specify Peyton not just Manning. It's just going to give Eli a false illusion that he is in an elite category LOL

There is not many players that have a fake helmet in the Hall of Fame.

Must be tough for Peyton with Eli wearing 2 rings.

If I were Payton I would not really care if Eli had 2 and I had 1. But who knows how Payton thinks? Just winning 1 is the pinnacle of football, not to mention that Payton will be considered by some to be the greatest QB ever. Eli might be considered by some but it will be very few. Maybe a few people from NY might.

People from NY have seen him play, they will not see him as the greater Manning.

Clearly Peyton is the better QB and has great success in his career-it must bother him at some level that he hasn't won more titles than his less talented brother.

Eli runs hot and cold. Peyton is more consistent but has a history of not pulling through.

JMHO.

The halftime show was the best part of that game - I hope you all had the privilege of watching it with 4 teenaged girls who sang every song and swooned and squealed throughout the performance.
