I have asked this question in the general discussion and Andy Z suggested I post it here. We are a state bank and are in the process of changing our business hours. Is there any regulation that addresses this issue? If so, where can it be found? Thanks for your help!!!!

I'm not sure what Illinois law requires, but I suggest you contact the Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate to see if they can help you.

In Missouri, state banks don't have to file an application with the Missouri Division of Finance, but the DOF does appreciate a courtesy notification so that they are aware of the change.
