I have 2 validity errors on my batch report. They both are the same error which states "V335-Property Type = 3; therefore income must = NA".

These 2 loans are commercial real estate loans, in individual's names, for property types of multi-family. Since they are in the indivdual's names income is collected for the LAR as it is not a buisness entity name.

I am not able to submit my 2013 LAR because of these 2 errors that are technically correct? Thoughts?

Income for multifamily properties is always NA. Check the GIR pages 15-16.
