I was curious if anyone had any feedback from federal examiners about cloud computing and what they liked or disliked about it. We are thinking about switching over.

You may already be aware, but the FFIEC released a publication called "FFIEC Cloud Computing Statement" in July, 2012. You can access it here - http://ithandbook.ffiec.gov/reference-materials.aspx
