Do signature cards and Resolutions need to match? Example a Corporation has given 2 people authorization to sign on the signature card but they are NOT officers. I am told the 2 authorized signers do not sign the Resolution ONLY officers sign the Resolution.

Here for the moment
Officers sign the resolution, which lists who is authorized to sign. So in essence, the corporate or governing body authorizes the signatories, which may not be the governing body in bigger organizations. But our resolutions always list who is authorized to sign on behalf of the corp. and then is signed by the appropriate authority.

Hope this helped?

Yes it does help especially because we are have the same thoughts on how to complete a Resolution. As I read the Resolution powers granted shows what each person from above is allowed to do. Thanks!!
