Does anyone know if there is a provision in Reg. DD (or elsewhere if applicable) that would prohibit our bank from calling our deposit "Fee Schedule" something other than that? For example "Customer informatin sheet" or something like that. If so, would you be willing to point me toward the source! As always, I really appreciate your time!!!

Clear and conspicuous is the only general disclosure requirement for Reg. DD disclosures.
