Yet, in this day and age who in the world can truly use good judgment to perceive actual racial disparity rather than political racial disparity? It's amusing that a government bureaucratic agency doesn't measure up to the government-prescribed "yardstick."

evaluations covered 778 white employees, 191 African-Americans, 110 Asians and 68 Hispanics. i wonder how having nearly 4x as many white employees as black, and 11x as hispanic, is factored into this percentage disparity? The CFPB said that it has entered into an agreement with the NTEU on how grievances are addressed. Complaints are initially referred back to an employee's manager to resolve. If they cannot do so, an impartial arbitrator — not employed by CFPB — makes a ruling. wow, that sounds like a totally effective way to manage staff...

I, personally, at any level, shallow or deep, in my heart or mind, have trouble feeling sorry for the CFPB. No love for them. None, nada, zilch, zip, ....

Can you imagine how busy your HR dept would be if 10% of your employees have filed a written complaint(about anything)

Employees have filed 115 official grievances with the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) since last August, the CFPB says. If unofficial complaints that haven't yet worked their way through the system are included, the number exceeds 200, according to information obtained by American Banker.

So there could be more filed with HR as well.
We also do not know out of the 1150 how many are union.
I would think that all the Union grievances would be forward
