Do you know the way to ...
Ok, anyone care to post the price of a gallon of regular unleaded gas? And what city, or at least region?

Today, I passed a "cheap" station that was charging $2.23 / gal (San Jose, Calif.). The name brand stations are up to $2.45 or so. We're expected to hit $3.00 by mid-summer.

Doesn't it make you feel guilty when some of the BOLer's talk about their horrible weather? It is supposed to be in the ninety's in the Valley today and it is at least in the 80's in Thousand Oaks where I work. Ventura is usually in the low 70's and is actually a relief to go home to in the evenings because it so much cooler.
I figured you to be somewhere around Santa Barbara or San Luis area?

Yep, SB... of course we were just in TO last night, our friend had a baby!
We're thinking of moving down between Vta and TO. It's too darn expensive here!
So, looks like I'll have to keep in touch for future job placement ideas

Good Ole HEB (Henry E. Butts).

Here in KC it went up to $1.90 over night. The typical 10 - 11 cents a jump.

The price of gas, even at $2.15 per gallon, will be well worth it for a trip to New Orleans!!!!!!!!! Right now in my hometown, about 180 miles for New Orleans, we are paying $1.97 for the Plus. I think regular unleaded is about $1.95 and the Super is 1.99 or something like that. Anyway, if you can wait to get to WalMarts, its usually cheaper..........

In any case, enjoy the trip.....have a Bloody Mary for me at Pat O's, while singing their theme song. ..........................
